TurdBusters Terms of Service
Welcome to TurdBusters! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline the agreement between you (the “Client”) and TurdBusters (the “Company”).
- Services Provided
TurdBusters offers professional pet waste removal services, including:
- Regularly scheduled poop scooping.
- One-time cleanups.
- Garden deodorizing and sanitization (if selected).
- Eco-friendly disposal of pet waste.
We strive to provide reliable, high-quality services to keep your garden clean, safe, and odor-free.
- Scheduling and Cancellations
- Service Schedule: Services are scheduled on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) or as a one-time appointment. The schedule will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Rescheduling or Cancellations:
- Clients must notify TurdBusters at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
- Weather Delays: Hazardous weather may cause service delays. TurdBusters will notify you and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, we ask Clients to:
- Provide Garden Access:
- Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided on service days. If the garden is inaccessible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
- Secure Pets:
- Aggressive or protective dogs must be secured before our arrival. If a loose aggressive dog is present, service will be skipped, and a fee may apply.
- Friendly dogs are welcome, but TurdBusters is not liable for escaped pets.
- Maintain Garden Conditions:
- Excessive clutter, debris, or overgrown grass may hinder our ability to perform services effectively. Clients are responsible for maintaining reasonable garden conditions.
- Payments and Fees
- Payment Terms:
- Payment is due upon service completion or based on the billing plan agreed upon (e.g., weekly, monthly).
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, or checks (as agreed).
- Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after 7 days may result in service suspension or late fees.
- Additional Charges:
- Gardens with excessive waste (e.g., missed appointments or first-time cleanups) may incur an additional charge.
- A trip fee may apply if a garden is inaccessible or unsafe for service.
- Limitations of Liability
- Damage to Property: TurdBusters technicians exercise care, but the Company is not liable for damage to items hidden in the garden (e.g., toys, sprinklers, tools).
- Pet and Human Health:
- Our services aim to reduce health risks associated with pet waste, but TurdBusters cannot guarantee the elimination of all pathogens or hazards.
- Garden sanitization services are safe for pets and humans but may require limited garden access immediately after application.
- Acts of Nature: TurdBusters is not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
- Termination of Service
- Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice.
- TurdBusters reserves the right to terminate service for repeated cancellations, unsafe working conditions, or non-payment.
- Privacy Policy
TurdBusters respects your privacy. Any personal information provided for scheduling, billing, or communication will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Agreement to Terms
By scheduling and using TurdBusters services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service. TurdBusters reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
