TurdBusters has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as £9.99 per week (£39.99 a month). However, pricing is based on the size of the garden, service frequency, and number of dogs.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different. We will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management.
Can you clean with my dog in the garden?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
